ADMISSIONS & FORMS
Fatima Girls School is concerned with the wellbeing and
happiness of its students and applicants. We seek families whose mission
and goals are inline with that of the school, and students who are capable
of handling the enriched curriculum we offer. The purpose of the
admissions process is to ensure the success of students admitted into the
school. An admissions team, comprised of members of the administration,
considers both the welfare of individual students as well as that of the
general school community.
After assessing the availability in each grade, the team
screens all qualified applicants and determines who will be accepted.
Applications are screened based on the date the application was submitted,
evaluations and previous school performance. In order to enter School,
your child must turn 5 years old on or before December 2nd of the
enrollment year. Children entering grades other School must have
successfully completed the previous grade for the school and take an
entrance exam. All things equal, siblings of students who are currently
enrolled in Fatima Girls School will be given priority.
Once an applicant is informed of their acceptance, the
registration fee is then due to secure the student's place for the
upcoming school year. This is a non-refundable fee. New students will be
on probation for the first three months to ensure that they meet the high
educational and moral standards of our school. In addition to these
admission requirements, parents and guardians must complete the
application and follow the registration process as outlined below.
Applications must be filled out in their entirety and
returned to the school along with:
- Birth certificate - Health Check Up Form
- Language/Family Survey - Previous School Records
- Non-Refundable Application Fee |
