4) (N.O.C) T.C. will be issued on completion of academy education after submission of all dues.

5) Fee will be accepted in shape of Cash or by Bank Draft only.

6) KG I to class VI will be known as primary section and Class VII to X will be known as Secondary Section.

7) 80% attendance will be compulsory to appear in the Final Examinations.

SCHOOL HOURS

1) Classes will begin from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M.

2) On every Thursday Classes will run from 8.30 A.M. to 12 P.M.

GENERAL RULES

1) Come to School clean and in proper uniform with shoes.

2) Be fair and honest at work.

3) Keep your classrooms clean as well as maintained.

4) Throw the waste paper etc. into the Waste Paper Basket.

5) Be courteous and respectful to  parents, teachers and visitors.

6) Don't shout or make noise in the School Building or create confusion in the Class Rooms.

EXAMINATIONS

1) There will be three Terminal Examinations on the basis of which the students will be promoted to next higher classes.

2) The declared examination results will be final.

3) No excuse will be accepted for absence during the Examinations/Tests.

4) Parents are not permitted to visit children/staff while school is in session.

5) All students will attend in full school uniform.

6) No student may repeat a class more than once.

7) There shall be three examinations of 100 marks. 80% for written and 20% for assessment.

 SCHOOL FEES

ADMISSION FEE- Rs 1350

ANNUAL CHARGES- Rs 250

MONTHLY TUITION  FEE- RS 100

1) Fee must be paid at the beginning of each quarter and must be paid by the end of the First month of each quarter. 

2) All charges and fees are  subject to change with advance notice. Parents are requested to cooperate. Fee will be collected in office between  8.30 A.M. to 10 A.M. on working days.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

1) School Uniform---Grey Kurta, White Shalwar, White Dupatta, Black Shoes, Grey Socks, Triangular White Scarf and Black Sweater.

2) Students must have two sets of School Uniform.

3) Students are required to be in their uniform after the first week of their admission.

4) Parents are requested to see that their children come to School neat, clean and properly attired in school uniform.

5) Each student is provided with a School Diary. Parents are requested to check the diary regularly.
