Fatima Girls School has a goal. Our goal is to work with staff, students, and parents to create a better educational experience for our children. If you are already not involved in the school activities and your child education, we invite you to join us and experience the great joy of being part of this cooperative and energetic environment. There are a lot of good reasons to become involved in the school activities and your child education. Research shows that when parents get involved in the school activities and their children education, the grades and test scores go up, children have fewer discipline problems, and greater positive outcomes are achieved. One way to support our school and your child is to help PTO in organizing and supporting different programs, such as hot lunch, movie nights, and fundraising.   There is a lot more to be accomplished and we need your help. You can consider the following;

Parenting:
  • Talk regularly with your child's teacher
  • Know about your child's academic progress
  • Learn what you can do at home to help your child
  • Review your child's homework every evening
  • Be sure your child completes all their assignments
  • See how students are applying what they learn
  • Learn how to help your child become a better reader
  • Share activities with your child to achieve more
  • Join your child in becoming a better writer

Volunteering does not mean a huge time commitment. An hour or two a week makes all the difference and Allah's reward comes in many folds. We have jobs to fit your time schedule and interests, please contact the office for more information
